Last season we started giving away free baseball picks during the playoffs. Previously, we were providing our baseball selections to a handful of individuals for a private client management service. We chose not to renew our contract for this season and instead will be providing our selections here on GridIronPicks.com absolutely free.
Since we are offering these as free selections, we will make every effort to have selections available for every day of the season. However, please forgive us if we miss a day or two here and there – other responsibilities for football and family will take precedence from time to time. If we see an extended downtime ahead, we will let you know in advance and try to make arrangements for a guest handicapper on the site.
Our approach for baseball is a combination of statistical analysis and the value proposition of the money line. Typically, our statistical analysis does not mature until about 10 games into the season, and this year is no different. We have started to see some reliable trends emerge and will be starting our free picks today, April 14th. We plan on providing our top 3 plays each day – however we do experience some variance on days when a full schedule is not being played.
